Greetings dear readers! How’s your Circadian Rhythm this morning? Mine’s good. A little creaky but I’ll lay that blame on too much sugar imbibed since Halloween. Don’t take that as complaining either. I own my poor life choices.

Still, the time change and the over indulgence in mass produced chocolate confections is a tradition that can lead one to make some better life choices. In this instance, the first one of those I’m undertaking is setting up and kicking off this official blog of the 72601.Life multi media outreach. I’ve been needing to do it for days so why not do it on one that is kind of a pain but if used correctly can still be a productive experience?

That of course is in my opinion what we should strive for everyday and not just when it’s forced upon us. Living and thriving with intent. So that’s what’s happening now even though this first post is more of a ramble and rant than an actual point. But like everything, you have to start to start. and that’s what I’m doing in this free flowing thought explosion captured by the keys.

As the days, weeks, months and years roll on, this blog will play host to more than my ramblings. It’s true purpose is to ensure the element of consistency is applied by myself. I teach so I better live it. It’s not that is a hard thing to do at all it’s merely a matter of doing. So I am. Leading by example.

All that said I’m going to play around with this new blog site and page format so that all of you who swing by can see what’s happening and watch the progress of the effort in real time.
